Social Media Strategy for Rare Books & Manuscripts Library

During a collaborative marketing strategy consultation my team conducted with the Rare Books & Manuscripts Library (RBML), a special collection of The Ohio State University Libraries, I created a holistic social media strategy that identified the optimal platform for RBML, set measurable goals and expectations, and provided guidance on what—and when—to post.

I collaborated with the enterprise marketing office to establish an RBML Twitter (now known as X) account. While the account was approved and created, I trained stakeholders on best practices, brand voice, platform usage.
