My final project for my Seminar in Crisis Communications at Purdue was to identify an organization that had undergone a significant crisis, evaluate their communications response, write a research paper and create a video presentation.
In week five of my Seminar in Crisis Communications at Purdue, our class was presented with three different crisis scenarios. Our assignment was to choose one scenario and craft messaging to three different audiences (internal stakeholders, media and external stakeholders).
Working across University Libraries departments, I gathered information of importance to Libraries users and compiled the content into a new web page: Library Services During COVID-19.
The Ohio State University Libraries is a member of HathiTrust, a collective that digitizes and makes available virtual copies of physical materials. When physical circulation of materials was paused, HathiTrust granted emergency digital access to nearly two million volumes corresponding to print materials at Ohio State.
