- Plans, creates, manages and analyzes compelling content to align with University Libraries’ strategic directions.
- Serves as unit social media lead, providing guidance, training and consultations to departmental account managers as needed (within first year of assuming responsibility for social media accounts, achieved 378.2% increase in audience reach and 95.7% increase in engagement).
- Manages content on employee intranet and authors personnel announcements, organizational updates and other internal communications.
- Liaises with colleagues across the university for collaboration on content development and amplification.
- Serves as web content lead, overseeing content updates, providing editorial review and serving as a resource and trainer for web editors across the unit.
- Measures and reports performance of digital marketing and communications campaigns, assessing against goals.
- Collaborates with the Marketing and Communications team to set campaign goals aligned with strategy and identify trends and insights to inform future efforts.
- Assists with media relations and executive communications, drafting press releases, messages from leadership and more.
