During a marketing strategy consultation my team conducted with the Rare Books & Manuscripts Library (RBML), a special collection of The Ohio State University Libraries, I was tasked with creating a social media strategy that would identify the best platform for RBML, set measurable goals and expectations, and provide guidance on what and when to post.
Working with the University Libraries development team, I authored an article profiling Pat Mikelson of Highlights for Children.

My final project for my Seminar in Crisis Communications at Purdue was to identify an organization that had undergone a significant crisis, evaluate their communications response, write a research paper and create a video presentation.
In week five of my Seminar in Crisis Communications at Purdue, our class was presented with three different crisis scenarios. Our assignment was to choose one scenario and craft messaging to three different audiences (internal stakeholders, media and external stakeholders).
