During a marketing strategy consultation my team conducted with the Rare Books & Manuscripts Library (RBML), a special collection of The Ohio State University Libraries, I was tasked with creating a social media strategy that would identify the best platform for RBML, set measurable goals and expectations, and provide guidance on what and when to post.

I worked with RBML and University Marketing to submit an application for a new Twitter account and provided guidance on branding and copy during the account creation process. Upon launch, I amplified messages on the main University Libraries accounts. So far, the RBML account has gained 166 followers in three days.
