I had the pleasure of interviewing an exceptional student employee, Madison Good, for an article about student employment with Special Collections at University Libraries. The goal of this content was two-fold; first, to demonstrate the implementation of Libraries’ strategic direction of educationally purposeful student employment to donors, supporters and university leadership, and second, to promote open student employment opportunities within Libraries.
