This article was written as part of a campaign to promote the reinvented reference team, now known as Ask Us, at University Libraries. Interviews were conducted with five student employees from the Ask Us team about their main tips for Libraries users, and I compiled their answers for this article. Three different versions of the article were published on different platforms: one targeted specifically to incoming freshman, one to upperclassmen and one for the general public.
